Stomy Jose BAMS, MD has over 14 years of experience as an ayurveda practitioner and lifestyle consultant in Melbourne, Australia. Her love of Ayurveda led her to create Ayurherbs, a Melbourne-based Ayurveda clinic. Ayurherbs strives to share the healing power of India’s oldest healthcare system. Stomy is from Kerala, a southern Indian state recognised for being the origin of Ayurveda. From a young age, she was able to feel the power of Ayurveda in her body, mind, and spirit because of her heritage. Her early life experiences have given her a depth of knowledge that is difficult to acquire later in life.
